General Contractors Magazine Names Legal Eagle Contracts one of the Best Contractors in Houston
Serving Southwest Houston since 1978, Legal Eagle Contractors has over 40 years of experience as a residential remodeling company. Owner and president Dan Bawden has made significant contributions to the industry, serving in the past as Chairman of the NAHB Remodelers Division. Bawden holds a GMB, CGR, CAPS, and a CGB designation and is also an accredited instructor for the NAHB.

This particular project features a 3-story walk-up condominium renovation that incorporates “aging-in-place” design elements. The clients, an elderly couple, wanted to put in an elevator for transporting groceries and luggage upstairs, and a tube-type pneumatic vacuum elevator was installed. Areas like the kitchen were also re-designed in keeping with open-concept aesthetics.
