Park Court Outdoor Kitchen & Addition
Problem: The back yard was unusable. This classy Bellaire home lacked any shade structure in the back to keep the kids, pets and owners cool during the hot summer. The 2nd floor master suite was above this back patio area, there was no pathway to a second floor deck to enjoy and elevated outdoor space.
Solution: Legal Eagle designed a two-story addition, which provided a walkout balcony large a table and chairs on the second floor, and a gorgeous outdoor living space below. The existing architecture with arched windows at the rear of the home was echoed in the design of the new addition which has limestone arches allowing open views to the circular staircase, outdoor fireplace and the summer kitchen complete with said and entertainment center. We re-imagined the existing hot tub, by building an elevated platform with Trex stairs for the family brands to enjoy.
