Park Court I Master Bath Remodel

The tub was originally cultured marble, and granite matching the sink counters had to be located for a cohesive look when the new tub went in. The style was further enhanced by a lovely mosaic accent strip in the tub’s backsplash, a design repeated in the walk-in shower.

This spacious master bath accommodates a separate, coordinating granite sink counters at different heights, and enclosed water closet and clothes closets. Porcelain floor tile with key accents is mirrored in a subway pattern in the shower.

The illuminated rectangle is a hard-wired make-up mirror. Note the TV above the door, which they watch by looking in the mirrors while moving about the bathroom.

Located to the right of the vanity stands a frameless glass door shower.

Featured within the shower enclosure is a Hans Grohe shower tower with body sprays. A good universal design element, it utilizes a levered handle and the head can be raised or lowered for adults or children, someone seated or of small stature. The playful striped mosaic echoes the one around the tub, a mixture of glass and ceramic tile.

Sized and positioned specifically for leg shaving, this triangular perch takes minimal space, which is regained by the useful shampoo niche.

How clever is this convenient and out-of-the-way storage for batheing essentials!
